REGULATIONS OF THE INFOMEX DATA PROCESSING CENTER
This regulation defines the rules for staying within the INFOMEX Data Processing Center with its headquarters in Żywiec (34-300), at ul. Wesoła 19B (hereinafter referred to as "CPD"). The regulations apply to all external persons present on the premises of the CPD and aim to ensure the safety of people, data, and technological infrastructure.

 General Provisions
1. Entering the CPD premises means full acceptance of these regulations and an obligation to comply with its provisions.
2. The CPD is an object with an increased level of physical and information security. Access to the CPD can only be obtained by persons authorized by INFOMEX Sp. z o.o.
3. All activities of people staying at the CPD must comply with applicable laws, information security procedures, as well as health and safety and fire protection rules.
Access and Presence Rules in the CPD
1. Access to the CPD is granted by name, after obtaining prior consent from an INFOMEX representative.
2. Persons entering the CPD premises are required to register in the entry and exit log.
3. The CPD area is subject to a video surveillance system (CCTV), conducted to ensure the safety of people and property, in accordance with GDPR regulations.
4. Persons staying in the CPD must follow the instructions of technical personnel and the Duty Operator of the Monitoring Center.
5. It is prohibited to bring unauthorized persons and to hand over passes to other persons.
Safety and Conduct Rules on CPD Premises
1. It is prohibited to perform any work not agreed upon with INFOMEX personnel.
2. It is forbidden to tamper with devices, cables, installations, and rack cabinets to which one does not have authorization.
3. Recording audio, video, or photographing the infrastructure without written consent from INFOMEX is prohibited.
4. It is prohibited to bring food, drinks, alcohol, drugs, or devices that could disrupt the operation of technical infrastructure.
5. Before entering the server room area, shoe covers must be put on.
6. Smoking tobacco and using open flames are prohibited on the CPD premises.
7. Persons staying in the CPD are required to maintain silence, order, and caution.
Health and Safety and Fire Protection Regulations
1. All persons staying on the CPD premises must comply with the health and safety, and fire protection regulations applicable in INFOMEX.
2. It is prohibited:
  • to work under the influence of alcohol or drugs,
  • to use open flames, soldering irons, and heating devices,
  • to block evacuation routes, ventilation grilles, and fire detectors,
  • to undertake independent firefighting actions.
3. If a fire hazard is detected, INFOMEX personnel should be immediately notified and the CPD premises evacuated following the evacuation signs.
Emergency Procedures
1. In the event of an alarm (fire, burglary, technical failure), instructions given by the Duty Operator or voice messages from the building's security system must be strictly followed.
2. In case of evacuation, proceed to the exits marked with evacuation signs.
3. If contact with INFOMEX personnel is needed, use the emergency phones located within the CPD.
Protection of Data and Information
1. All persons staying at the CPD are obligated to maintain the confidentiality of information obtained during their stay on its premises.
2. It is prohibited to copy, photograph, or process any data to which the person does not have authorization.
3. INFOMEX processes personal data in connection with access control and video surveillance in compliance with GDPR and the Privacy Policy of INFOMEX Sp. z o.o.
Reference to Standards and Management Systems
The INFOMEX Data Processing Center operates in accordance with the requirements of ISO 9001:2015 and ISO/IEC 27001:2022 standards, ensuring the highest standards of quality and information security.
Final Provisions
1. Persons staying on the CPD premises are required to comply with these regulations.
2. INFOMEX Sp. z o.o. reserves the right to change the regulations in case of updates in security procedures or legal changes.
3. The regulations come into force on 01.01.2025.
